Most parents/guardians of minors who receive care through Rula can use the Rula patient portal to manage their minor’s care without needing to contact Rula Support. This article will review the step-by-step process for linking a minor's profile to your account, allowing you to manage their care.
Linking a minor's profile to your account
- Log into the Rula patient portal.
- Enter the parent/guardian email address associated with your existing account and click Continue with email.

Choose the option to "Link their profile" to manage your minor's care.
- A pop-up will appear to add your minor's information. The information you enter must match what is listed in Rula’s system.
- Click Verify
- Once verified, your minor's account will be linked to yours. When you log in, you'll now choose the profile you'd like to log into: "Personal" to see your own or "Minor" to see your minor's profile.
- If you manage the care of multiple minors, you can link another profile by clicking Link their profile as you did above and following the same process.

Message the Provider: Contact your child’s current therapist directly through the secure portal.
Manage Appointments: Easily view, cancel, or reschedule upcoming sessions.
