Updating Your Personal Information (Address, Phone Number)

Rula patients can use the Rula patient portal to update their address and phone number on file without needing to contact Customer Support! This article provides a video and detailed instructions to update your address or phone number in the Rula patient portal.

This video reviews how to update your address or phone number on file by logging into the Rula patient portal.

Guided Steps

  1. Login to the Rula patient portal.
  2. Click Profile on the menu located on the left side of the screen to show your account details.
  3. Click Edit in the Personal details section.
  4. Update any of the following:
    1. Phone number
    2. Street address/Apt #
    3. City
    4. State
    5. Zip code
  5. Click the purple Save button to save your information.
