Most Rula patients can use the Rula patient portal to update their credit card information on file without needing to contact Customer Support! Please watch the following video for step-by-step instructions or read the how-to steps below.

This video reviews how you can update your credit card on file on the patient portal.
Updating Your Credit Card On File with Rula
Log into the Rula patient portal here. If you need help doing this, please follow these instructions.
If you are unable to access the Rula patient portal after following the instructions, please email us at support@rula.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
Once logged in, complete the below steps to update your credit card information on file with Rula.
- Click Profile on the lefthand side of the screen to show your account details.
- If you did not add a payment method when initially signing up for therapy with Rula, click Add a credit card in the Payment method section.
- If you have already entered credit card information and need to update it, click Replace card in the Payment method section.

In the Credit card section, click Edit.
- Enter Name on card
- Enter Credit Card number
- Enter Expiration Date and CVV
- Enter Billing Address if different than Home Address
- Click Save
Your credit card information is now updated in Rula’s system and will be used to make any payments going forward.

Tips for credit card upload troubleshooting:
- Issues uploading an HSA/FSA card - contact your bank/HSA/FSA provider to ensure there are no “restrictions,” with online transactions or keeping a card on file.
- Issues uploading a credit or debit card - Try a different credit or debit card. We have seen that patients sometime experience more issues uploading debit cards than credit cards.
If the above troubleshooting doesn't work, drop us a call at (323) 205-7088 to securely provide your credit card information over the phone to a team member who can enter it in our system on your behalf.
