Rula takes the patient experience and quality of care very seriously and has implemented rigorous quality measurement and improvement processes to ensure you receive the best care possible.

Your mental healthcare is extremely important to us, so if you feel like your needs haven’t been met and would like to provide feedback about your therapist or psychiatric provider, or submit a formal complaint/grievance, please chat with us by typing "file a complaint" into the "Ask a question" widget on the bottom of your screen, and a customer Support Team member will submit this on your behalf.
