This article will review how to get in touch with Rula’s Psychiatry Services team and how they can assist with technical difficulties, appointment changes, clinical questions, and emergencies.
Need to get in touch with us? Rula’s Psychiatry Services team is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST to answer your questions and concerns.
In case of technical difficulties with a Telehealth appointment:
If you experience any issues accessing your Telehealth appointment via Zoom, call (323) 205-7088 (press “2” for “Already a Client”, then press “2” again).
To reschedule or cancel an appointment:
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment from within the Rula patient portal. Email psychsupport@rula.com or call 323-205-7088 (press “2” for “Already a Client”, then press “2” again) if you have any additional questions. Please note that no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $150 fee.
For clinical questions:
To request a refill, please contact your pharmacy. If your pharmacy is unable to assist, click here for further instruction.
For concerns or questions that you would like to relay to your provider, call 323-205-7088 (press “2” then press “2” again) or email med@rula.com. A Psychiatry Services team member will typically respond to your email within 24-48 hours, but responses may take up to 5 business days if we are experiencing a high volume of requests.
In case of an emergency or crisis situation:
Please call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. You also go to their nearest ER or Urgent Care center for further evaluation and immediate treatment if you have any urgent/severe symptoms.
