Viewing your statements, balance, and charge history

You can view and download your statements (receipts) and view your charge history directly from the Rula patient portal under the Billing tab.

Overview of your Billing tab

From the Billing tab in the portal, you’ll have a Statements tab and Charges tab:

  • Statements tab: You’ll receive an emailed receipt for all charges (when a payment is processed). In addition to the email receipt, you can also access and download statements directly from this section.
  • Charges tab: You can view credit card billing activity, including charges and refunds from this section.
    • This includes charges for visits and no-show fees (when applicable), and refunds for any transactions that were returned to you.
  • From either tab, you can also find any balance due at the top of the page, and a button to update your payment method if needed.

If you need to view/download a statement or view your charge history or balance, follow the relevant steps below.
