Possible issues during account registration

Email invite timed out

If you see the below message when attempting to register your AMD patient portal account, your email invitation has timed out. Please follow the steps in the above section to register your AMD patient portal account and receive a new email.

Incorrect birthday

Remember, when registering your AMD patient portal account, the date of birth you enter during this process, must match the date of birth you entered when signing up for Rula (i.e., the date of birth associated with your Rula account).

If you incorrectly entered your birthdate when filling out your Rula sign-up forms, this will need to be corrected by Rula staff in AMD before they can log in and access the AMD patient portal.
