Accessing your patient data at Rula

Overview

This article reviews your rights to access your patient data at Rula and the process for making this request.

Per the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), patients have the following rights:

  • The right to know what personal information Rula has collected, used, and shared about them
  • The right to delete personal information Rula has collected from them (subject to some exceptions)
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information Rula has about them
  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal data
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

Examples of personal information include (but are not limited to):

  • name
  • email address
  • internet browsing history
  • geolocation data
  • and inferences from other personal information that could create a profile about a person's preferences and characteristics.

Requests to access data

If you have any inquiries regarding information Rula has collected or would like Rula to delete any personal information, please email support@rula.com or call Rula support at (323) 205-7088. Note that our support agents will need to gather additional information to process the request. You should expect a follow-up communication from Rula within 10 business days.
