Incorrect birthday
Remember, when registering your AdvancedMD patient portal account, the date of birth you enter during this process must match the date of birth you entered when signing up for Rula (i.e., the date of birth associated with your Rula account).
If you incorrectly entered your birthdate when filling out your Rula sign-up forms, this will need to be corrected by Rula staff in AdvancedMD before they can log in and access the AdvancedMD patient portal.
