What is AdvancedMD?
AdvancedMD is an electronic medical record used by Rula. The AdvancedMD patient portal is different from the Rula patient portal - the only reason a patient would use AdvancedMD is to make a one-time manual payment on an outstanding balance if you do not have a credit card on file with Rula. Below are instructions on how to create an AdvancedMD if you need to manually make a one-time payment.
Important note: To perform all other actions related to your account (e.g., managing appointments, messaging your provider, updating a credit card on file, updating your insurance information), you should use the Rula patient portal. If you would like information on logging into the Rula patient portal, click here.
