Updating your address or phone number

Most Rula patients can use the Rula patient portal to update their address and phone number on file without needing to contact Customer Support! This article provides a video and detailed instructions to update your address or phone number in the Rula patient portal.

Note: At this time, patients cannot update their legal name nor email address on file using the Rula patient portal. If you need to update your name or email address, one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

Guided Steps

Log into the Rula patient portal here. If you need help doing this, please follow these instructions.

If you are unable to access the Rula patient portal after following the instructions, please email us at support@rula.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

Once logged in, complete the steps below to update your insurance information on file with Rula.

  1. Login to the Rula patient portal.
  2. Click Profile on the menu located on the left side of the screen to show your account details.
  3. Click Edit in the Personal details section.
  4. Update any of the following:
    1. Phone number
    2. Street address/Apt #
    3. City
    4. State
    5. Zip code
  5. Click the purple Save button to save your information.
